'Managing fisheries to maximise profits by understanding and responding to
changing variable costs of fishing'

This project aims to provide an analysis of the impact of rising variable
fishing costs on wild fisheries. It will quantify the reduction in economic
yield under current fisheries management and explore alternative harvest and
management strategies that will maximise the economic yield obtained under
higher fishing costs.
