'Discovering plant compounds for wound management'

Southern Cross University's Centre for Phytochemistry and Pharmacology, along
with the Wound Management Innovation Co-operative Research Centre, is seeking
two suitably qualified PhD candidates to undertake research into plant compounds
for wound management. The Project: Caring for acute and chronic wounds is a
multi-billion dollar burden on Australia's health system, affecting hundreds of
thousands of Australians. The Wound Management Innovation CRC's vision is to
improve wound healing and quality-of-life for people with wounds, and provide
cost-effective wound care that lessens the burden on the health system
